Week 3 of the MTN Super League kicked off on Saturday, August 30th, with six matches played simultaneously. The day saw FC MUZA, Nkana FC, and Zanaco FC record crucial victories, while the other three fixtures ended in draws:

FC MUZA 1–0 Mutondo Stars

ZESCO United 1–1 Green Eagles
Moses Phiri opened the scoring for Green Eagles in the 6th minute, but Fred Micheals leveled for ZESCO in the 23rd minute. Both sides settled for a draw in Ndola.
