Katongo Hails Mweemba’s FAZ Victory as “New Hope” for Zambian Football

Former Chipolopolo captain and iconic 2012 Africa Cup of Nations winner, Christopher Katongo, has delivered a strong message of support and optimism to the newly elected president of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), Keith Mweemba.

Mweemba’s victory at the FAZ elective Annual General Meeting saw him garner a significant 45 votes, outpacing the incumbent Andrew Kamanga, who received 20 votes. Adrian Kashala secured 17 votes, while Emmanuel Munaile received zero.
